At the End of the Rainbow Lies Belfast
In 2019, I created At the End of the Rainbow Lies Belfast, a collaborative portrait series celebrating the vibrant and resilient LGBTQIA+ community of Belfast.
Each participant chose how and where they wished to present themselves, and together we shaped portraits infused with light and colour which I then photographed. Alongside the images, intimate interviews invited viewers to listen closely, allowing the community to share their own stories in their own voices.
For me, the project is both a celebration and an act of resistance — a testament to the strength, artistry, and spirit of a community that refuses to be silenced.
